The company introduces in March “MyValeoParts”. The app is one of the flagships of the Digital Care pillar and aims at improving our customers’ experience.

MyValeoParts helps professionals and drivers find the right part to their vehicles. Finding a car part
has never been easier thanks to this new tool. This user friendly app displays a product portfolio of over 30,000 Valeo references, 14 product lines dedicated to passenger car and 11 dedicated to commercial vehicles, all supported by a strong and reliable Web Catalogue Database. The app has been designed to match most of the user needs – 14 languages to be closer to each costumer and fulfill the We Care 4 You mindset. The app is supported by a quarterly update to back up and reinforce your efficiency.
The user experience is a core driver of the application. The customers can access a complete multi search path – by article or by vehicle – with a large possibility of criteria: article number, technical code, original spare, part reference, aftermarket spare part reference, or the VIN code to display all Valeo products available for your vehicle. The access to the product information has been made as comprehensive and as quick as possible – related car application, technical information, technical drawings, fitting instructions, and cross references with Original Equipment references….
