Hengst opens a new production plant in Rawicz, Poland

The growing demand for filtration solutions on the market makes the establishment of another production plant necessary

Münster / Rawicz. Presence on four continents is a proof of Hengst’s global presence in the world. As a result we guarantee short delivery times between the production of the high quality filters and customers from the automotive industry, distributors of service parts and the industry. The youngest of the plants in Rawicz near Wrocław, Poland was officially opened on November 6 in the presence of many invited guests.

The new location is specialized in the production of fuel, oil, air and cabin filters for the Independent Aftermarket (IAM). The high quality of Hengst’s production is guaranteed by the latest technologies used in the plant covering a area of 12,000 m². By the end of the year, 150 people will find employment in the new plant.

“By closely linking our production locations, we go out towards of our clients in the literal sense of the word. The new production plant in Poland is a further important development of our production capacity located around the world”, said Christopher Heine, CEO of the Hengst Group, on the occasion of the opening. “The start of the new plant could not go better thanks to the commitment of the entire Hengst crew from Poland and Germany”.
