Increasing the programme’s extensive car parc coverage further, DENSO has added 5 new part numbers to its Lambda Sensors range, bringing the total number of part numbers to 417 and coverage to 5,584 vehicle types.
New vehicle applications covered by the range additions include: Subaru Forester (2008-13), Subaru Legacy V (2003-) and Subaru Tribeca. There are also 59 new competitor cross references to NTK.
As one of the world’s leading manufacturers of original vehicle parts and systems, DENSO has an exceptional understanding of Lambda Sensor technology, offering customers an unrivalled combination of choice, quality and convenience. Delivering long-term reliability and high performance DENSO’s replacement Lambda Sensors programme includes Unheated and Heated sensors (switching type) in planar and thimble types, A/F (linear type), Lean Burn and Titania sensors. All parts available in the range feature DENSO’s original technologies, offering the highest product quality, 100% match to vehicle specification, as well as a very low warranty ratio.
“EU legislation has imposed ever-stricter emissions caps on both diesel and petrol cars, resulting in a dramatic increase in demand for lambda sensors”, explains Stefan Verhoef, Lambda Sensor Product Manager at DENSO Europe B.V.’s Business Unit Aftermarket. “It’s now more critical than ever to ensure that garages, wholesalers and distributors stay abreast of the latest technologies, and choose only the most reliable parts from an OE supplier.
“This latest range extension highlights DENSO’s commitment to supplying OE quality parts to an even larger area of the European aftermarket, further increasing the total European car parc coverage for the benefit of our customers.”
